Insured Shipping Details: 

All items are insured to cover any loss or damage. We pay for this insurance. 

Our carrier is the USPS and all international shipments go through FedEx. 

All items are carefully packed and shipped with quality packing envelopes and materials on every shipment. 

We typically ship within 3-5 business days after payment has cleared. Holiday cut off times will be communicated, order early to ensure deliver before major holidays. 

Please email us before ordering if you have a preference of shipping companies. We may or may not be able to facilitate your request as we have low, volume set rates with our shipping partners. 

Please email us if you have a rush request to see if we can meet your required shipping time requirements. 

Original concert posters are shipped flat and not in roll tubes. 

An adult signature (18 or over) will be required upon delivery. We suggest shipping to your office location if you will not be home during shipping times. 

We cannot ship to P.O.Boxes. No exceptions, we must get a signature to receive our shipments.  

Shipping rates are posted on each product page. We are currently offering free shipping in the continental U.S. (all 50 states, no outlying territories included).  

International shipping varies per delivery. Please contact us with any countries not listed on our website to discuss whether we will ship to that country or not. If we decide we will, we will give an estimate of shipping costs that must be pre-paid. 

We do not pay international taxes or duties charged by customs in your country. 

We are not responsible if your country holds your item or confiscates your shipment, we are shipping a poster or a framed poster, your local customs office should not have an issue with what we are shipping.
